Process Summary

The discovery process starts with all stakeholders completing this questionnaire by clicking here. Once your questionnaire is complete, I will put together creative direction concepts.

This is where the magic happens! After the creative direction is approved, I use the brand strategy as a reference to start working on your concept development. We will review and refine the elements together.

The most exciting part of all is launching your project. I will package your files and transfer ownership of all design elements once the remaining 50% of the balance is paid. I will hand over files and demonstrate how the assets can be utilised.
Timeline
The timeline typically is around 8-12 weeks, but can vary depending on the clients needs.

Week 1-2: Initial client meeting and discovery phase
Schedule a kickoff meeting with the client to discuss their business goals, target audience, competitors, and any other relevant information.Conduct research to understand the industry and target audience.
Week 3-4: Brand Strategy
Develop a brand strategy that includes a brand positioning statement, brand personality, key messaging, and tone of voice. Present the brand strategy to the client for feedback and approval.
Week 5-6: Logo and Visual Identity
Develop a logo and visual identity that reflects the brand strategy and resonates with the target audience. Present the logo and visual identity to the client for feedback and approval.
Week 7-8: Brand Guidelines
Develop brand guidelines that outline how the brand should be used across all marketing channels. Present the brand guidelines to the client for feedback and approval.
Week 9-10: Marketing Plan
Develop a marketing plan that includes a strategy for how the brand will be promoted across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, advertising, and events. Present the marketing plan to the client for feedback and approval.
Week 11-12: Final Touches and Launch
Make any final adjustments to the branding and marketing plan based on client feedback. Launch the brand across all marketing channels.
Deliverables
At the end of our project, you can expect the deliverables listed on the selected package. All design elements will be in both print (eps + jpg CMYK files) and web formats (png + jpg RGB files).
Payments are 50% upfront and 50% at the end before the project's final file transfer and handover. I am more than happy to accommodate a payment plan by request.
